2021 Highland Ridge - Mesa Ridge Floorplan: MF376FBH (Fifth Wheel) We are selling our 2021 Mesa Ridge by Highland Ridge 376FBH. We fell in love with this floor plan for our family of 8, for full time living. We were ready to go, and plans suddenly changed. Sad to sell, but we need to find a buyer! This trailer has so many wonderful features. It has a beautiful kitchen, with a 4 burner gas range and larger oven than typical for trailers. A huge 18 cu ft refrigerator. And farm house style sink. Tons of storage for pantry and other kitchen needs. The couch is huge and can fit a 6 foot folding table in front of it! But otherwise has some smaller tables that set up. The couch folds out for 2 to sleep on. We love the fireplace and entertainment area. So much storage and a beautiful look to it. The blinds throughout the trailer have 2 options, they have blackout shades and a set that pulls down that gives a little light but privacy from the outside. You pull down and they stop. Give a little tug and auto retract. So nice! The blackout option helps keep the trailer cool as well! This trailer has a unique floor plan, with the front bunk house that has opposing slides. It is so spacious! It has to couches that pull out that will sleep 2 each (total of 4). This kids room has a half bath and so much storage! There is storage behind the tv that’s not pictured. We loved how this room gave privacy to the main area! Moving on to the master bedroom with a slide that has a huge closet with a few drawers and shelves inside. Tons of upper storage and below the bed as well. Nice amount of space to walk around the bed. The bathroom is spacious compared to most trailers and has washer/dryer hook ups under counter next to shower. There is a nice amount of storage in this bathroom as well. Moving onto the outside, we bought this trailer for this reason as well, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to find a trailer with enough “basement storage” and this trailer has so much room in it! The pictures don’t do it justice!!! It is amazing how much this trailer can store outside! It’s 44ft long and has 6 point auto leveling. Holds 90 gallons fresh water and 10 in the hot water tank!!! 2 black tanks and one gray. Seriously perfect for full time living!! We have only used the trailer once. No problems what so ever. It is beautiful! No remodeling needed, it is just ready to go! We are located in Utah, but would be willing to entertain meeting or delivery depending on where you are located.
